I discovered my well pump was not working properly after-hours on a Friday. Got a call from Kurt that evening to talk through symptoms. After thinking about it overnight, he called back Saturday morning and spent phone time with me explaining a proposed fix for the pump controller that I could do myself. It worked. I am very impressed with Kurt's knowledge of my system and the courteous and urgent response to my problem. Thumbs up, five-stars, I highly recommend Jones for well drilling and service.

Incredible customer service. You can tell this company is run by good people who care. We had no water for 2 days before we called them and they were quick to get us on their schedule and to diagnose the problem with our well pump. Truly appreciated them taking our call after 5pm and helping us fix this emergency! Will absolutely be using them for future needs and recommending them to others!

Called for service and within 2 hours they replaced my pump and made sure everything worked properly. We went without water for 2 days because another service provider stated it must be the water level is too low. He suggested we have our well filled by a water truck and if we didn't get any water it could be a pump issue. I am extremely thankful and satisfied with Jones Well Drilling. Kurt Jones is very professional, understanding and knows what he is doing. I will not hesitate to call them again for any of my well water needs.
