“I have utilized Mosquito Joe's services for years now. Their sprays have been incredibly effective, not only in controlling the mosquitos in my yard that is a block off of a preserve, but also in controlling the spotted lantern flies that have invaded the area. I have had about 10 lantern flies in my yard this season while other people in my area can't go out in their yards due to the invasion. For the couple of times where it may have rained a lot right after a spray and it wasn't as effective with the mosquitos, the company has been wonderful about coming out to provide an extra spray. The staff is friendly, considerate, and really work hard to meet my needs. Today, I forgot to close my windows for the spray I was due for. Austin went out of his way to contact me about it and to reschedule to come back later in the day when I could get the windows closed. He was appropriate, kindly, courteous, and responsive, and he got the spray done.“
