We were having an indoor wasp problem and decided to call a local pest control company. I called four companies. Of the four, only one had a live person answering the phone. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and promised a specialist would come out to do an inspection within a day, which they did. They did a thorough work up – calling us on the phone during the walk-through (we were not there), relaying their findings promptly to the office. The office (Marc) called to discuss the issue and to problem solve with us. East End Pest Management went above and beyond, and totally exceeded my expectations.
