“Arenz Heating and Air Conditioning did a wonderful job installing a central AC system in my ranch home. I didn't realize how much work goes into putting in a good system like this. I thought it was just some vents and ducts. Ha! It's a lot more complex than that and requires skill, experience and creativity which Kevin and John had plenty of. They were also very neat, holding a box under where they cut the vents to catch any falling debris. And when roofers got some asphalt pieces in the outdoor condenser, Kevin came back to clean it out for me. He also hooked up my Honeywell smart thermostats so when I'm away from home I can see and adjust the temperature. In addition, I want to give a shout-out to Adrian who expertly assessed what my home needed and Patrick who kept the project moving smoothly. Great job guys!“

I had great communication with Steve, both by phone and in person, from the estimate to the selection of material and the very quick scheduling of the job. On the day of installation a great crew of workers were on time, courteous and on the mark to get started. Much care was given to protect my flower bed shrubbery and the surrounding areas. They also did an exceptional job of clean up (not a nail or screw could be found). I was more than satisfied with the quality, color selection and warranty of the shingles and at a very reasonable cost. The installation was completed in less than a day and my new roof looks great!!
