The owner has over a 1/4 century of tech experience. He is a proficient problem solver who was able to design and implement a total solution that fit our needs perfectly, rather than continuing to pile on ad-hoc workarounds as other IT service providers had in the past. His team is always available and coordinates well with my staff.The owner has a hands on approach. He sat down with me, explained the unexplainable and gave me an estimate that included different options. Once we decided what fit our budget, we gave them the green light and everything was handled.
