The massage room has a beautifully tranquil ambiance. Before the session begins, you sit down with the massage therapist for a thorough consultation. She clearly explains what to expect and takes the time to tailor the session to your needs.

The environment is temperature-controlled, which adds to the comfort. You're given time to undress to your comfort level and get settled on the massage table. I loved the thoughtful detail of a buzzer you press when you're ready—then the therapist enters only after you give the okay.

The next 90 minutes were pure bliss. Soothing music, a professional touch, and such a relaxing massage—I’m pretty sure I fell asleep at one point. The massage exceeded every expectation I had.

“Omg! Vacation long weekend at Lake George, staying at the Lodges at Cresthaven. My husband surprised me with a mini spa day while he went to Sagamore to golf! This spa was excellent! Never had a spa treatment ever!! Had a swedish massage by David...omg he did an amazing job!!! Then i got surprised after an hour with him, for an hour long facial!
