I had my wedding here July 2025 and it was perfect. Rachael and Dan were amazing, from the first initial communication, to touring, to the wedding day they were super responsive, friendly and made everything go so smooth. Same with the day of coordinator, Kasia, we loved her! The venue itself was beyond beautiful! We got married in the garden and the view/pictures were breathtaking. From cocktail hour to dinner to dessert, our guests couldn’t stop talking about how good the food was, and even weeks later they still are! A huge plus was our dog was allowed to be there with us for the ceremony and getting ready. It is literally a dream venue, with the best food, the best staff and best location! My husband and I couldn’t have had a better wedding and we couldn’t recommend them more!

Hiland Park Country Club was the perfect venue for our October wedding, and we couldn't be happier with our decision to celebrate our day there. From the moment we met with Dan and Rachael, they were attentive, professional, and informative, answering every question we could think of and guiding us through the process step by step. After our initial meeting and tour with Dan, my husband and I left completely blown away and in full agreement that Hiland Park was everything we had envisioned for our wedding day. One of the toughest decisions we faced was choosing the menu—everything they offer is simply incredible! From cocktail hour to dinner to the wall-to-wall dessert display, the food was a major highlight for us and our guests. Months later, one of the first things people still rave about is how amazing the food was! If we could have chosen the entire menu, we would have. Hiland Park’s team worked seamlessly with all of our vendors, ensuring everything came together perfectly on the day. They also went above and beyond to check in on me, my husband, our wedding party, our parents, and even our guests throughout the event, making sure every detail was taken care of and everyone felt perfectly attended to. This level of attention made us feel so supported and valued, and it added a personal touch that we’ll never forget. As a wedding photographer, I’ve had the opportunity to work at Hiland Park many times before as part of other couples' big days. This familiarity gave me so much peace of mind as a bride, knowing how well-organized and professional their team is. I already knew how seamlessly their weddings flow, and that left me feeling nothing but excitement leading up to my own. Of course, wedding days rarely go exactly as planned, and ours was no exception. Just two hours before our ceremony, my father-in-law was rushed to the hospital. My husband and I were devastated and unsure how to move forward, but Dan and the team were absolutely incredible. Dan and Taylor, our wedding coordinator, came to us in the bridal suite with a suggestion to swap the cocktail hour and ceremony to give my father-in-law more time to return. Within 10 minutes, their kitchen team had cocktail hour ready to go, and we decided to move forward with the change. Although the adjustment was unplanned, our guests loved the unique flow of the day. It gave everyone time to mingle, eat, and drink before the ceremony, and it also allowed my husband and me to greet guests early, leaving us more time to dance and enjoy the reception later. While my father-in-law wasn’t able to make it back in time for the ceremony, he arrived just before the parents were introduced at the reception, which was such a relief and joy for all of us. The professionalism, empathy, and quick thinking shown by Dan, Rachael, and the entire Hiland Park staff during such a stressful moment were beyond anything we could have hoped for. Their ability to adapt and ensure our day remained special was truly remarkable. On top of that, the venue itself is stunning. Our wedding photos feature breathtaking backdrops, including their beautiful grounds and vintage Rolls-Royce, which added such a fun and elegant touch. Every detail was handled with care, ensuring that our day was everything we dreamed it would be. As both a bride and a photographer who has worked many weddings at Hiland Park, I can’t recommend them highly enough. Their attention to detail, incredible food, gorgeous setting, and unwavering professionalism made our wedding day unforgettable.
