“If you're looking for honest, professional workmanship at a fair price, contact Einzig Electric! They installed a new Generac for us last September for thousands less than other quotes we received from other companies. John and his team followed up quickly, answered all our questions, helped us get set up with 0% financing and secure a better warranty during a special Generac was offering. They did an awesome job removing our 20+ year old Generac and properly installing the new unit. Last month during its weekly test in the evening, the new generator started smoking. We placed a call at night to their main office and a service tech was at our house at 8:30 AM the next morning to inspect and clean up the unit, make a temporary repair of the oil dip stick and order the needed part. We'd recommend them to anyone seeking amazing, professional, honest service!“

“Terry and his employee are the best!!!! They responded to an urgent call to replace the broken connection at our electric meter. They showed up promptly and were very professional and very very patient. The day was very frustrating because national grid of course did not commit to their time part of the bargain and they continue to patiently wait with me throughout the day in the extreme heat and just became kind of like part of the family sitting chatting in the shade tree tolerating my dogs wanting to play ball. They worked with me diligently to get agents here from national grid to complete their part of the work. Terry had told me that he was going to make sure that we had power restored and he was going to follow up and make sure it was done and done right. Once national grid got their act together He had everything lined up with the inspector in national grid there to turn our power back on. I felt terrible for these people having to wait and lose a good part of their day. I found it so professional that they did not choose to leave me hanging and say they needed to move on to their next job. they were committed to the job that they told me they were going to do and they got it done regardless of having to wait 6 hours for national grid. I have already told three people and passed out their cards I would not go to any other electrician again I really felt like they were there to not only fix my electrical issue but to ensure the best customer service I have ever witnessed and so utterly professional. Cannot recommend enough and I also told him we will have him back to fix another electrical issue with our outdoor pool setup.

He has put in a new water heater for us and also helped with the plumbing and electrical for our bathroom that we had redone.
