My Samsung refrigerator was just blinking numbers and letters after a power outage, with no control of any function. I tried all the usual fixes on YouTube but none worked. I called City & Country Appliance Repair and spoke to Bob, who said he'd try to help me fix it on the phone rather than make a service call. He led me through the button sequence, which I had already done many times, but gave me the "secret" of making sure I hit both buttons at the EXACT time. It worked! I asked him how much I owed him and he said "nothing". The point is, of course, that he could have charged me something but did not.
