Terrible experience! She was 20min late which I didn’t mind.. But then she tells me go into what looks like a storage room with things thrown and stacked all around. She then rushed through my facial didn’t explain a thing and washed my face throughout the whole facial with the same cold bucket of water!!! She was very rough pushing my face left and right.. I wanted to get up and walk out but I was trying to give it a chance because I spent my money for a moment to relax and this was far from that.. Save your money and time and don’t even bother I would give it 0 stars if I could!!

I was afraid to go to this young lady for permanent eyeliner because the last person messed it up. I am SO HAPPY I went, because I love how it looks! She was fast and organized. I would recommend her to all of my friends.

very unprofessional!!! I was done my eyelashes here and it's falling off after two days. The point is the studio is extremely messy, she never clean tools after she done with service. So disgusting!!!
