First of all this place is clean and their customer service is at par. But I didn’t leave happy with the results. I honestly felt like I wasted money and didn’t get what I wanted. I was very specific with what I wanted and showed a reference photo. And one thing i asked and emphasized was I did not want ashy tones. The colorist many times mentioned ashy and I repeatedly said no i do not want Ashy. And the result was guess what, very ashy. Not even close to the photo i showed them. I do not understand where the lack of communication came from because i felt like I was very very specific. This place is my go-to whenever i’m too lazy to do my own blowouts! Not only does my scalp feel squeaky clean after a deep scalp massage/treatment but i feel like all my stress leaves my body after i leave this salon?. I am also over due for a color refresher, so i will definitely come back soon to do a toner.
I got the wash cut and dry for $45, which is an excellent deal. I don’t know the name of the lady who did the wash, but she gave an amazing head massage. Ken did my haircut and it turned out great! I will be back for hair coloring as well.
