I hate to write this review because as sweet as Wursula is, this business is extremely unprofessional. I purchased a session of 8 laser sessions on Groupon. I canceled once and understood that subtracts a session, which was okay. The next two times, she canceled on me. One time she never confirmed a time and the other time she didn’t tell me she wasn’t working that day after we set an appointment. Even after apologizing the time I showed up to a confirmed appointment when she wasn’t there, and her saying it wouldn’t count as a lost appointment, she continued to bring it up as one after. I have never left a review in my life, but this place was so bad that I couldn’t warn other people but to go here. The lady placed one strip of wax on me, and placed it in the wrong direction. At this point I told her I wanted to leave, to which she continued to place wax one me. I kept trying to get her to stop and she just wouldn’t. I ended up just getting up with wax still on me. On top of everything she wanted full payment for a service I didn’t receive.

I highly recommend Wursulla! I have been waxing with her for many years. Besides very sweet, she is quick, keeps her appointments on time, has a very clean place and she makes you feel super comfortable. Price is reasonable and the location is close to the N/R subways. You will be in very good hands with Wursulla :)
