For sixty six bucks I got the best interior/exterior cleaning ever! I had such a muddy mess inside and outside my car from driving in the snow. They left my car like new and took their time. They were courteous and had great attention to detail! Gracias caballeros!! 5 ⭐
I have always appreciated their work, and I even added this shop to my favorites for car washes. However, over the past few weeks, I have felt that the quality has declined. I first noticed this after they changed the brushes—the top of the car was not cleaned properly, possibly due to the new brushes, so I chose to overlook it.
This morning around 6 a.m., I was charged $12 instead of the usual $10, and only one person wiped the car. There was no tire shine, and I ended up wiping parts of the car myself.
I hope they will consider my feedback and take it in a constructive way.
I’m sure if I brought this issue to customer service they would do their best to make amends. However, I was only passing through town and was hoping to not have any issues. It appears that, after getting my car washed this morning (for $25), their drying technique is less than thorough, leaving these streaks on my car after I’ve driven around for a bit.
