When I went 2 years ago their was a male tec, I had the greatest time with him we laughed and had a awesome time. I went last year and I saw a female she was short with me and the lens kept fogging up because I guess I was breathing hard, she got so frustrated and said we will just use your previous prescription, she was really threw with me and didn't even hide it. I left out of there without the frames that I really wanted because I just wanted to leave.

Spanish woman in the front was very down to earth, helpful and respectful. Even when she’s being disrespected by the white woman that works there. The white woman was very snarky to patients and so is the doctor. Get it together and learn how to treat people. Disgusting.
