Village Cleaners provides good quality cleaning services, with the owner demonstrating expertise in her work. While prices are on the higher side, the business offers reliable alterations and carpet/rug cleaning. However, some customers have noted that the owner's attitude and behavior could be improved to enhance the overall experience.
Don’t let language differences or communication style influence your opinion. She is kind, honest, and does outstanding work. English is not her first language, and sometimes she may come across differently than intended, but she means well and is very dedicated to her clients. I’ve always found her to be trustworthy, hardworking, and excellent at what she does.
The lady knows her job, she knows what she is doing, which is great but she really needs to fix her attitude and behavior. You have to treat your customers better if you want them back. Price is also on the higher side.Overall an OK experience doing business with Village Cleaners.
