Dr. Vella is a amazing doctor located in astoria. We took our newborn to him for cranial sacral work. He takes insurance but more importantly has a amazing energy and touch to him. Through only a few very gentle sessions we have noticed huge improvements in our daughters posture, sleeping and eating patterns and fuzziness levels. He listens with care and responds with actionable insight. Highly recommend!

I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Vella. I am a holistic, hippy, shaman type of guy who takes no pharmaceutical meds except the occasional aspirin. For me it's important to have referrals from people I trust and I received a glowing referral from a trusted friend to see Dr. Vella. I was suffering a lot of issues; joint inflammation, lethargy, crippling health anxiety (which sucks, btw), just to name a few.
