Very thankful for the thoughtful care and attention given to my mother as she starts to use hearing aids for the first time. It is clear that they have lots of experience with the products and programming the hearing aid devices. All our questions were thoroughly answered and we were comfortable with this financial decision which is also due to the interest free payment plans that are available.
My experience was graceful. Thank you! The staff is amazing! They are understanding, and helpful. I made an appointment for myself and then 2 days later for my uncle at last minute. The staff worked out a way for us to be seen together without causing disruption to other patients attendance. That was very kind! The office is a comfortable environment. Parking is something you would have to look for, but should not be such a major concern.
