Ruby was a fantastic waxer! Very thorough and friendly. Wax was so near to painless that I was falling asleep for the back of my legs. Emily is also the sweetest front desk person I have met! This salon is great will definitely be back!

I love this place! Emily at the front desk was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She really is the best! I wasn’t sure if I should go ahead with the service, but after talking with her, she helped me understand the process and reassured me that everything would be fine. My technician, Jennifer, was also absolutely wonderful—super professional and thoughtful. I loved the entire experience and definitely recommend this place!

I have been going to Unix wax Studio in Long Island City for over 4 years. All staff is very nice and cordial starting from Receptionist to Waxers. Jalissa and Muna are my ladies to go to. Jalissa is just great!! Please hold on to her and make sure she is well compensated for work she does! They both provide exceptional gentle service and are pleasant demeanor individuals to deal with for my appointments.
