The first store in Forest Hills went above and beyond locating the exact part I needed for my phone. The second store in Bayside did an amazing job with the repair and were even able to assist me with my short time frame. I was very pleased with both store's efforts to reliably solve my phone issue. I had a great experience here! The staff were kind, fast and knowledgeable. The service was impeccable! I had my phone repaired somewhere else and they had left something inside! This had caused my phone to malfunction terribly. I got my phone fixed here within minutes of waiting. I can't recommend this location enough! I would come back for all my repairs.
