I went to this location twice to replace a phone battery and to fix a cracked phone screen. Mark greeted me right away. He was kind, patient & professional. He answered all of my questions. He told me how long it would take to fix it & he would call when it's ready to be picked up. Mark did a great job. I am happy with the customer service and the quick process.
Phone screen broke first thing in the morning. Went in at 11:30am and Mark had me out with a totally repaired phone by 12pm. Hopefully I don’t need repair ever again, but if I do, I’ll be coming back here. In and out quick.
I've been here to fix my broken phone screen before and to fix issues with my laptop. Mark was great & friendly. Tells you exactly what's wrong with your device and gives you all solutions possible.
