Thomas James Roofing is a small family-owned business (father & son) that has a very well-deserved A+ rating from the BBB. A friend highly recommended Thomas James so we contacted them that Thursday, they came to assess the roof on Saturday afternoon (convenient for us) and gave us a very fair price along with a 10 year guarantee for their work. We agreed to the offer and didn’t even contact the other 2 roofers we had planned to get estimates from. Early Monday morning their workers were loading material on the roof. Thomas is very responsive. He calls back right away, and texts/emails details diligently. His crew works professionally and swiftly. My new roof with new gutter and drain were installed in less than 2 days, including all the old roof removals.They did a fantastic job.
