My only issue with this place is when I placed an order for curbside pick up. I used the app to notify them of my arrival, waited in my car for 15 min and nobody came out. I ended up going inside and they seemingly had no clue that i was waiting.
Went to HD Maspeth today 11/4/23 Saturday.This 5 stars go to the gentleman name Darius. He went above and beyond to help me with my purchase of Glacier Bay teapot bathroom faucet. When the Cashier just didn't bother to look and told it was out of stock.Darius, if you're reading this, I want to thank you for make my shopping at HD easier.
Steve from the rental department is awesome. I needed to rent a carpeting detail machine and he walked me through how to use it patiently. I had an issue and called the store and he helped me again. Patience and kindness are not common these days.. Steve is a gem!
