I cannot sing praises enough for our exterminator, Shahin. He has always been incredibly friendly, super helpful, and very responsive to our pest issues. Recently, when my roommates’ dog escaped our unit and I got locked out chasing him down with no phone, he went above and beyond by enlisting help from other tenants to let us use the fire escape to get back in my unit. The service professionals always show up on time.When I call for an appointment they can always get me somebody and work with my availability.People who answer there phones are nice and polite, once there was small issues on service they connect me with the top guy who personally visit the location to see what was the issue and resolved it next day With No EXTRA COST!They do an amazing job, always very professional, and never mind answering questions.I highly recommend them!! ??Services: Home inspection
