Tony is great. We’ve had some roaches and upon inspecting our apartment, he realized we have a little kid and adjusted his extermination approach accordingly (it wouldn’t have even occurred to me to ask). He’s also really great at explaining what he’s seeing and how to address the problem. It’s been a week and already we’ve had so much improvement, and I’m confident that by the end of month of treatment the roaches will be a distant memory.
