“Very nice office on a very STEEP hill, haha. Came for an annual skin exam. Staff super friendly and organized. Location is easy with ample parking. Facility clean and easy to find. Front desk is awesome and kind. I had to change my appointment multiple time and they were extremely accommodating. Hardly any wait, I filled out paperwork and got seen within 15 min. Scribe charted me and doc came within another 10 min. Exam was fast but thorough. The doc was super friendly and professional. Would recommend coming here!“

“About 2 weeks ago I came in for lip injections. I went to Chelsea the first time I did them, and was very happy with the results, so I decided to try the Williamsburg location as it's closer to my apartment. The location is very trendy, clean, and nice. I saw Caitlin who was incredible from start to finish. For one, she advised me on getting less filler than I had originally planned in order to maintain a more natural look. She was definitely right about that! Once she started doing the injections I began sweating bullets and feeling a bit off. I must have been nervous and not eaten much that day, because I was close to passing out. Caitlin made me feel COMPLETELY at ease though. She gave me ice packs and starbursts, assuring me that this happens all the time. What could have been an humiliating ordeal was made so much better by her. I wanted to wait until I could see the full results too before writing a review. My standards are pretty high when it comes to both appearance of a facility and professionalism of a clinician. The office is designed tastefully with technologically advanced gadgets. It’s also meticulously clean. Based on what I saw I was super excited to get started. Dr Olga presented as a very warm and has a great bedside manner. She greeted me and listened to my concerns. Then she listed a number of options and how to address them. I could tell that the doctor upkeeps with current new methods and learns about new products as well as various ways meet her clients’ every wish/need. She is a thinking professional, whose goal is to maintain natural and youthful look.
I was impressed by her innovative approach at choosing areas of injection to pull up areas of need.
