Up to the funeral you will get expertise service and caring support from the staff. However, if you have any problems post funeral God help you! My experience has been frustrating, saddening, and emotionally triggering with the lack of customer service and lack of empathy to deal with a problem with my mother’s headstone. Buyer beware! Be forewarned. Your will be dealing with the bottom of the barrel with no call backs, the royal runaround, and snarky attitudes. Nice for a funeral home who has always stood for excellence.
