Second time here, both times I had a Groupon for a 90ms facial. They kept to the appointment time and the facial itself was amazing, no complaints. The issue I had both times is that the other staff is very loud-walking in the hallway, talking, laughing and banging things in the sink which is right outside the rooms. Also, for some reason they leave the door of the treatment room open. Not sure why, I had to ask more than once for them to close it, which helps only slightly with the noise. If you go, bring ear plugs or air pods.

So it was my first time there with my hormonal acne and Crystal and Ada helped me alot. They are extremely professional and the spa is TOP NOTCH. Ada took care of my face and neck with lots of tlc and effectiveness. The parking is free opposite of their building if you purchase their spa package (probably because you will have to go every 2/3 weeks of treatments) but there is municipal parking a block away at Prince St if that is a problem.

I went to Sai Kay without an appointment and luckily Ivy was able to take me, she is by far the best Esthetician that I've had, hand down! She was so diligent and removing all the white and black heads on my face and gave the best facial and shoulder massage. Make sure to ask for IVY if you can. Won't disappoint!
