Puppy chewed corner of expensive fine Persian rug beyond the fringe and into weave. Repaired to absolute perfection. I can’t even find where the damage occurred. What more can I say as an endorsement.

When my beautiful vintage rug arrived from overseas, my initial excitement was doused by its musty, chemical smell. I’m not sure how exactly to explain it, but the rug filled the room with a pungent unpleasantness. No amount of vacuuming the front and backsides, leaving the windows open, nor running an air purifier did the trick to dissipate the overwhelming odor. Thank goodness for Mert and Aidan! I sent the rug away for a cleaning and WOW, what a difference when it returned: after the treatment it smells so fresh and the colors are also brighter. I’m very happy.
