Rockaway Properties, located in Rockaway, NY, offers real estate services in a seasonal beach community. The area is known for its limited restaurant options, lack of entertainment, and cold, windy weather. Some listings may be overpriced and sit on the market for an extended period. However, the agents at Rockaway Properties are highly regarded. Barbara Ferguson is described as an indispensable agent who provides unyielding loyalty and goes above and beyond to get sales done. She was able to secure the highest sale price for an apartment in a building. Tracy is praised for her professionalism, punctuality, and responsiveness. She is referred to as a "doll" and is highly recommended for making the rental process smooth and quick. Overall, while the location has its drawbacks, the agents at Rockaway Properties are highly regarded for their dedication and service.

Moving is always stressful, and competitive, but Lisa, Joe, and Katie who I interacted with showed me so much kindness and warmth on my journey to find the perfect rental. The team is full of genuine, caring people. And honestly that’s exactly what you need when you’re changing locations. Support. That’s what you’ll get with Rockaway Properties.
