Extremely professional, efficient and helpful. Their prices are very fair as well. Breaking down is always stressful so it's nice to deal with people who know what they're doing.

I can't say enough how wonderful Richmond Towing is. My father's car was rear-ended so bad, it's basically trash and it was brought to Richmond Towing's yard after the accident. Unfortunately, the offender's insurance is dragging their feet on inspecting the damage. When I contacted Richmond Towing to find out about their fees, I told Dave about the situation and he was very helpful and kind. He offered advice based on his experience and suggested we bring the car back to our garage so we don't keep incurring fees. I want to thank Chuck for helping me out when my niece's car was stranded on the highway. I couldn't be there to help but Chuck worked closely with me by phone and made sure everything worked out. Chuck, you are the man!
