About Rego Nails & Lash
Rego Nails & Lash provides services in a clean and beautiful salon. The staff is attentive and reassuring, with John offering a high level of care. The salon's gel and acrylic mixture is strong and long-lasting; one customer mentioned that a black set stayed intact for four weeks. Pedicures are a highlight, including exfoliation and a foot massage. The salon is big and comfortable, making it easy to get everything done in one visit, like shopping and food. While some guests have experienced inconsistent service, with one feeling uncomfortable when staff spoke in their native language, many reviews praise the cleanliness, beauty, and workmanship of the salon. Some customers have noted that staff can be rough, especially when cleaning cuticles or using the nail drill, leading to bloody cuticles if not careful. A few have been disappointed with their powder nails, finding them misshapen or cracked after a short time, though the staff responded positively by redoing nails for free. Despite some issues, the overall experience remains positive, especially because of the friendly and patient technician who gives heavenly foot massages. Rego Nails & Lash is a good choice for those seeking a relaxing and professional experience.
This place was great when they first opened. They're a little more expensive than other salons but the place is beautiful big and comfortable. They were very willing to please and do what you wanted. Now however, I feel they've gotten comfortable with the steady flow of customers coming in for their services because of their prime location by a shopping center. Makes it easy to get everything done in one day (groceries, shopping, food, and finally a mani and pedi to pamper yourself). I feel they don't care as much as they did before. If you're unhappy with how your nails come out, even if obvious that they didn't do a good enough job they blame you and ask why didn't you say it earlier. The plain and simple answer to that question is that when my nails aren't yet finished I assumed they didn't look perfect because they didn't finish yet. If the surface is lumpy and bumpy on some nails but smooth on the other nails then they shouldn't say it's not their fault but rather that it's the stickers or charms. When you point out that there are some nails where the surface is smooth and shiny and others that look imperfect, they frown and act like they're doing you a favor by fixing them. I've been coming to this salon since they opened bc it's convenient for me and they were very willing to please at first (I'm now realizing maybe many businesses are like that) but now I think I'll go out of my way so that I don't have to explain obvious reasons why my nails are not perfectly done. If I'm spending $150 for my nails and pedicure, I don't deserve to leave unhappy, that's not fair to me. On another note, I will say my guy Kai who does lovely pedicures is a sweetheart. He's so patient and determined to do a perfect job, I will miss him. And he gives heavenly foot massages. God bless him
They are so rough! I realized this with my last pedicure as well as my gel manicure. When they clean up your cuticles they are too rough with their tool, too rough with the nail drill etc. And even when you tell them they don’t get the clue!! I wish they were ALL more gentle, I don’t want to leave here with bloody cuticles all the time.
I went there for the first time despite the mixed reviews because it’s close to my apartment. I never got powder before so I didn’t know what to expect but my tech was clearly inexperienced. The powder is misshapen and lumpy and looks awful. Less than a week later I have a bunch of cracks in the polish and the nail underneath is ruined. Extremely disappointing and would never go back
Update: after they responded to my review I went back and they redid my nails for free. They came out much better this time. Thank you for making this better. I appreciate it
