They deserve more stars. All from reception to medical staff were friendly, professional and efficient. We were in and out within 20 minutes or so.Medical services to be honest are never pleasant but at this facility it really was.
Came on a Sunday, and didn't make an appointment beforehand. The wait was about an hour (so long!) with 4 people ahead of me. There are face masks at the front desk, hand sanitizing stations all throughout the clinic. Seats in the waiting area are separated due to COVID precautions. Overall, the NP that saw me was super knowledgeable and nice! Besides the long wait, the staff were very friendly.
I waited 7 am until 11am and luckily I was # 23 in line and anything after 31 was closed off already!!I do not believe that they have have the best system especially forThose of us who have symptoms with fever toStand outside in 34 degree weather for hours .Then I find after I reached the receptionist that they don’t take my insurance which is NYstate Medicade !I had to PAY 115.00!!!!! I was indeed POSITIVE
