They're very reliable. They have come to my home a few times around 3 am to service my boiler that had stopped working during the winter months. They're very dependable. We've been a long time satisfied customer with Petro for over 20 years.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Joe from Petro, and I cannot say enough about his exceptional service. Joe is incredibly patient and took the time to thoroughly diagnose every issue with our central AC. Despite the challenging heat, he remained calm and focused, effectively communicating each step of the process. Having our central AC out of order was a nightmare, and I was unable to think straight. Joe's expertise and dedication were evident as he meticulously worked through the problem.
