Horrible experience. The way Neil Perez talks to clients is very unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend their services at all.

I would like to share my experience with Accountant Neil Perez and his services. I hired him as my professional accountant to assist me in filing a business LLC, for which he charged me $800 for the total services, and I made a down payment of $400.Initially, everything was going well, and he completed one task out of the five that we agreed upon. However, I later discovered a discrepancy in my business name and asked him to amend it. He agreed to do so without any additional charges.But later, he changed his mind and asked for another payment, even though he was not able to continue with the task that we agreed upon. In response to Nico Mayordo’s review, it is the Accountant’s (Neil Perez) mistake, therefore he should fix it. Mr. Perez threatened Nico that he will sue for breach of contract. Nico did not breach the contract he will pay the bill provided the error has been corrected. I suggest that if he, Neil Perez, refused to fix it, he can always file a complain in the Chartered Professional Accountant for his professional ethics. Before doing this Nico, give him a chance to correct this mistake. Put everything in writing.
