Optum Urgent Care - Little Neck

Suffered a fall on the sidewalk yesterday and was bleeding profusely and badly bruised. Made an online appointment at this location as it was about 10 minutes away and near my home. I arrived 15 minutes early and checked in. One other patient was there in front of me, otherwise the waiting room was empty. I sat there icing my badly bruised face, holding a paper towel over my hand laceration gushing blood. The person at reception never once asked if I needed anything nor did she look up from her phone. Posted the other day DO NOT go there fell went with my leg cut open I believe it was dr horowitz I saw bleeding a lot big hole in my leg was told because of my age it was thin skin meanwhile big hole in my leg I asked told him it needed stitches he said no thin skin wrapped it Sent me home no antibiotics nothing wrong went yo my dr the following day he said should I have been stitched dr was a jerk if he was unable to do it should have sent you to er well got all infected 4 weeks later still in pain and my dr is treating the infection am still in pain to me that is malpractice and not caring

If I could give this place a zero star I would! Jennifer the doctor was so rude, she wouldn’t let me talk, didn’t bother to learning my history which was very important! I went in because I suffer from sinuses and my nose was supper congested I have tried everything before coming here. When I do the doctor as I mentioned before wouldn’t let me speak and just said you are fine just wash out your nose and take an allergy pill (which I have done already). She sent me home with no medication and I was still in pain! I was very upset and wasted my time the doctor was very useless in my opinion.
