Our family has been going to Olivos for all of our optical needs for almost 10 years now. It is a gem and what a wonderful find because we have been searching a while before we found this establishment. We live in Connecticut and prefer to travel approximately an hour each way because the level of service we get here can't be compared to other optical facilities we have previously been to. The staff are very attentive and kind,very professional in every way. Communication and service is great. There are many choices and brands for kids and adults alike. We are always very satisfied with each of our encounters with them.

This review is for the customer service I received on several occasions with the lady with the glasses, not sure if she's Filipina or Latina. Very patient and kind and discloses all the costs and prices beforehand even printed out my insurance details. Appreciate the honesty in her service.

I don't understand the bad reviews. I've taken my child here for nearly 10 years to get glasses and more recently to get the eye exam, too. They've always been very nice and fair (and patient while my kid tried on 17 diff pairs of glasses lol) Why else would we have come back literally EVERY year? If they weren't GREAT, we'd just go somewhere else. I HIGHLY recommend OLIVOS OPTICIANS!
