I have used Ode so many times for so many different occasions; every time, they are perfect. No replacements or being disappointed that what I ordered doesn't match what gets sent (which HAS happened with other companies I've used). I love that they send an actual photo of the bouquet all packed up before shipping so you know EXACTLY what to expect. The flowers are always super fresh and last forever and the arrangement choices are gorgeous. Totally worth the price in my opinion and I'll keep using them.

Amazing experience, I accidentally entered the wrong address and didn’t realize it until after delivery. I called and they went back, picked up the flowers, and delivered them to the updated address without any issue. Great customer service!
