I can't tell you how much I appreciate this dude..called him 1 in the AM cuz my phone (Galaxy Note 20 Ultra) stopped charging he picks up and was willing to help me fix my phone. Shot over to him real quick he took like 30 mins to realize the problem couldn't be fixed without the part. Problem was he couldn't get the part until 10 AM. So I broke night came over to him after I had me a little breakfast. He got the part and as promised first customer finished the job in 20 minutes. Highly recommend yall check him out. ?
I dropped my IPhone 11 at 9 PM on New Year's Day (Jan 1, 2024) and broke the screen. I found NY InstaFix by Googling 'cell phone repair near me' and called (assuming no one would answer). Mike picked up and within an hour my phone was fixed. Great service and reasonable prices.
Mike went above and beyond to get my Samsung screen fixed. His professionalism is truly unmatched. Worked around the needs of my busy schedule and was able to fix my screen flawlessly as well as on a timely manner! Anything my phone needs, Mike is my guy!
