I had a bad experience with another company that my building recommended. A neighbor recommended Kevin and they did not disappoint! Kevin dispatched Paul and his team to remove, clean (off-site because our building required it), and re-install our PTAC units, and I could not be happier. They were so careful with our home, furniture that needed some moving, and the PTAC units, and when they were done, they left our home the way it was and cleaned up after themselves. Kevin and his team were incredible. Not only did Kevin diagnose and explain to me what the issue was for our HVAC system in layman’s terms, he provided a temporary solution until a necessary item from the manufacturer was delivered. Kevin, without much notice, also took the time to inspect and fix other issues that were going on with our vent system that our original contractors who installed them overlooked. I appreciated Kevin’s communication style, thoughtfulness, efficiency, and expertise. I plan on working his company again if I have any HVAC issues.
