I purchased my AC from here several years ago. It conked out on one of the hottest days of the year. I called at spoke to the receptionist Josie. One of the most knowledgeable and efficient people I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with . First she ran down a check list of potential issues , I could solve on my own, where do you get honestly and integrity like that. Josie offered me a morning appointment the next day. John came promptly and narrowed it down to a few issues and resolved it immediately. At a very reasonable price. I HIGHLY recommend this business for their skill and integrity.
Our AC broke and John was able to come inspect it quickly, identify the problem and come up with a strategy to deal with it. Knowing a heat wave was coming, he worked to make sure the installation was seamless. The installers were professional and quick, and did a terrific job with the plexiglass. Highly recommend.
Called them because I needed ac conditioner (window unit) maintenance. I was lucky enough to speak with John who was way beyond helpfull. We went over what I needed, what could be done and what couldn't be done. We discussed cost effective measures of the needs and ultimately after a great discussion it was determined that it would be better if I bought new ACs instead of spending money on its cleaning due to some issues with it. John took the time to talk with me on 3 occasions and allowed me to really think about it before committing to the maintenance.
