My experience at MYDOC was truly exceptional! Staff were extremely helpful throughout the entire process, and doctor’s are one of a kind! If you’re looking for an urgent care in the Jackson Heights area, I’d recommend coming to MYDOC.
This was my first time attending this MYDOC Urgent Care and it was busy (which is a good thing) the staff was so calm and collective with it being so busy, I was honestly surprised being my past experiences with other urgent cares were not so good. I was seen in a professional and timely manner. The staff and doctor was very attentive to my needs and helping me. The doctor really listens to you to really determine what's going on. I would recommend this place to anyone.
My first time going to MYDOC Urgent Care in Jackson Heights and my experience went smoothly than expected. The staff was amazing/friendly and attentive. The doctor answered all my questions and was really soft spoken. Will definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area.
