5 out of 10 spa , is getting worse and worse. My wife said that room from the back door parking lot to the front desk smells bad, with a stench of seafood and oil. The masseurs don't work as hard as the previous ones. The front desk staff are more impolite and disrespectful than before. We remember that Coco works on weekends, but we haven't seen her even when we went on weekends. She would arrange the masseur we wanted and she was very friendly
Mosa spa is the cleanest, most spacious and comfortable place in New York. The masseurs are very professional and excellent. My friends also like it very much. Besides, the receptionist is very polite and dressed very formally and beautifully. We haven't seen her for a long time! But what made us feel extremely disgusted was that when I was paying, the receptionist was eating food and bad attitude while talking to me, and the smell was extremely unpleasant last week , we don’t know what is the pretty receptionist’s name , she is very neat .
Angela was great. The place was clean, and the linens smelled fresh. It was mostly quiet except for when people checked in. As soon as I left I told my friend about it and he went to see Angela too and he also liked it.
