I came here a few weeks prior to get my eyebrows threaded and Amrita did great. Pain free. Then I came today to get a trim. First of all, Zayb told me to sit down without wiping the chair down. Another customer got a haircut right before me and her hair was all over the seat. I had to ask her to clean it and she proceeded to clean it with glass cleaner. Obviously not very hygienic. Didn’t clean out the hair from the hairbrush which was used on the other customer. Dropped the scissors mid haircut - she didn’t clean them; not even wiped down. Quite disappointed. Neeru is the best!! Going to this Salon more than a decade and now my teenage daughter’s there. Have a wonderful experience. She is calm, experienced and take her time to do her work to the customer satisfaction. Highly recommend her!’

A little advice, spend a little more time concentrating on the service you’re providing and a little less time talking to your coworkers this way you wouldn’t get wax in the customers hair. They even put the headband around my hair to prevent this from happening. So no excuse other than their own negligence. I wouldn’t leave a review if this was just once. it’s literally a 50/50 shot Lolol. At the end of the day they do eyebrows well and they are affordable and to me personally that’s all that matters.
