Mayo Kickboxing & MMA Academy is a great school in Woodhaven, Queens, serving the community since 1992. The fully equipped facility offers classes in Kickboxing, Boxing, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu/Wrestling, and Filipino Martial Arts. The coaches and senseis are very knowledgeable and dedicated to martial arts, pushing you to keep improving. The sensai and his wife created a wonderful atmosphere, and the community at this academy is great, with everyone friendly and willing to help. Parents report their sons have learned so much, not only in martial arts manners, respect, and never giving up. This academy is highly recommended for anyone looking to learn martial arts in the Queens area, and the generosity and support of the staff have made a positive impression.

One of the Oldest & Largest Martial Arts school in New York City, serving the community since 1992. We teach Children & Adults in a safe learning environment. The fully equipped mixed martial arts training facility with over 7,000 sq ft in the Woodhaven Queens area providing classes in Kickboxing, Boxing, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu/Wrestling and Filipino Martial Arts. The school is also the largest in the Woodhaven area and has been operating for 30 years. Our Martial Arts & Fitness program is great for rapid weight loss focused on a full body workout that encompasses modern training techniques w/ fitness science.
