Amazing facility with great instructors in a family friendly environment. Both kids and adults learn practical and quality skills in martial arts.
The teaching is great and they take there time with new students, the instructor Mayo is very knowledgeable of his style of martial arts and is very easy to get the type of training you are looking for. The students there love to learn and have fun as well. My son was 9 years old when he went to Mayo academy because he was being bullied at school, Mayo taught him to stand up for himself and not be afraid.
