The environment is relaxing and enjoyable. Space and room is clean and organized. Everyone I talked to is very friendly. I’ve done my basic facial cleaning with both Grace and Yanan. They are both really good and professional.

Whoever I deal with including therapists or receptionist, I am always impressed with their professionalism, helpfulness, knowledge and warm welcome. The therapist thoroughly washed her hands before beginning my fantastic massage. I continue to highly recommend the Kasuga.
