James Simpson & Son has been my plumber for decades and my parents/grandparents before me. He provides professional, knowledgeable and reliable service all the way. More recently they put in my new water heater. As always, well mannered employees, able to answer all questions. explain details of the job, the parts chosen & being installed. I do not give great reviews to many, but this man's dependable service deserves praise.

I will definitely be hiring James Simpson again for any plumbing job. I hired a few various handyman types t do a few things and it was not worth it. My friend recommended James and I'm glad he did. He came on time and did a thorough, knowledgeable job. He is quite courteous and his work was impeccable. I am very glad to find someone who can do something the right way and use the right parts. It wasn't inexpensive- but if you own your building and want things done once and done well, this is a good person to call.
