I wish I can give them 10 stars for my experience today.. I had an outstanding experience with Terry at this tax office. I called the office on the tax deadline day, and spoke to Terry, she was incredibly professional, patient, and never rushed me despite the time crunch. She handled everything efficiently, giving me all the time I needed, and communicated promptly via phone and email. Terry's beautiful attitude and professionalism truly made a stressful day manageable.
