We cannot say enough about how thrilled we were with the experience! Shawn and his partner , who was first day on the job were impeccable. Our move involved a very old 3 story walk up, with lots of heavy pieces of furniture. These guys killed themselves. They didn't skip a beat. Items were taken from our home , packed carefully into the truck and moved as gracefully into place up those three flights. We recently hired iMOVE NYC for our corporate office relocation, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The move involved 3 trucks and 10 movers over the course of 3 days, and not a single item was scratched or broken. The team used rental plastic bins to securely pack all of our belongings, which made the process even smoother. The level of professionalism and care they demonstrated throughout was impressive. There's so many moving companies in NYC. Totally overwhelming and when I found this company and immediately thought SCAM. How can they have ONLY have 5 stars? It is not possible....until it is. I've been burned before by moving companies but Omar and the team showed up early to pack, packed with intense care, asked questions to clarify, and coordinated the move from elevator to a 6 floor walk up in the most humid day of the entire year IN THE RAIN! I cannot thank them enough. The 5 stars are REAL! Kudos to them. I will refer them to everyone I know. Worth it.
