iFlooded is an excellent company. My family experienced a fire and they responded quickly and professionally. They explained the whole process which was great because we’ve never had a fire before. They were always available to answer any questions and they cared for our family as though it were their own. I highly recommend them and would use them again, but hopefully I won’t need to! Lol!
Would like to commend this company and Mr Alex C on their quick response and professional work. I had an unfortunate accident happen with a sprinkler head which in turn damaged 4 floors below in the afternoon and i was going crazy. I contacted flooded restoration and was able to get a team out to where i was the same night. They set up all there equipment to begin the drying process to avoid any mold build up. And we kept in contact to continue with the repair process.

After our kitchen flooded, we tried calling 3 different services, including a plumber, and none of those companies were helpful. Calling iFlooded Restoration was the best decision we could have made. Alex Calderon came out the same day that we called and was incredibly helpful in starting the mitigation process. Alex guided us in the claims process with the insurance company. He was very responsive and understanding of the urgency to get our kitchen restored as soon as possible. We highly recommend this company. Everyone is very professional and friendly. Five stars all around.
