To be honest, I gave up on that rag
I called Horizon. And explained them the situation
And they replied that they are dealing with all the types of stains and they will take care of it
And they did I'm so happy I used their services
They were very helpful and professional
And friendly
Will definitely use them again for the next project
My rage is clean!! And I'm happy

I had two Oriental rugs with a lot of stains. I called Horizon rug care. Joseph came and was very polite, so I trusted him and let him take two rugs, both of which are very valuable to me, to clean via their pickup service. They brought them back after five days with no stains and they looked AMAZING!
