The Holliswood Center is a welcoming facility that provides attentive care to its patients. The staff-to-patient ratio is sufficient, ensuring daily care needs are met. While not a newly designed facility, it has not disappointed. The office experience is exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff, quick appointments, and a clean environment. The doctor is knowledgeable and takes the time to answer questions. The center's cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere facilitate integration and provide a comfortable experience for patients and their loved ones. Staff members like Ms. Tiffany James are highly praised for their professionalism, dedication, and willingness to go the extra mile. Patients and families feel at ease knowing that compassionate individuals are there to support them, whether during hospital stays or ongoing care. The center’s caring staff and clean environment help make the experience pleasant for everyone.
The facility is well kept, nurses and other staff is very attentive, and will adjust to facilitate their clients needs… overall I have no problem with the facility, I would recommend them to anyone who’s is looking for somewhere to place their friends are family. They get a 5 stars from me, great people to deal with.
The facility is awesome and the nurses and caregivers were so polite and respectful. Even the person I visited informed me of how nice the staff been caring for him. I really appreciate the facility.
I visit my father a few times a week. I show up at all different times and my father always appears to be clean and well taken care of. The staff is always attentive and kind. Placing my father in any kind of home has been a very difficult decision for my family, something we said we would never do. His disease has made it impossible for us to give him the care he needs at home. Seeing my dad being well taken care of puts my mind at ease. I am very happy with holliswood.
